the inspection. The one wanting inspection was the highest, the one with no inspection was lowest. We asked all three to come back with best offer and then countered the highest offer with no inspection and they took it. Apparently the guy REALLY wanted to live in my development.
It's surprising to me, because when we closed here, there were two other places in the development for sale, both were more updated than my place. One I think rented (I think it was listed for sale or rent) and the other was on the market for 45 days before pending. I don't know what was with the market last month but I'm glad that it broke this way!
