and I'd put it above food service, but honestly, these are the only jobs where someone you don't know will fully SCREAM at you and consider that totally justified behaviour. I can remember so many incidents where I thought, "I don't know who you are mad at, but it can't be me."
Also, I don't know if you have this version of it where you are, but in food service, sometimes someone will decide you've poisoned them because they don't understand a number printed on something, and you simply cannot convince them otherwise. I hated that. They treat you like history's greatest monster, and you're like, "does the orange juice TASTE like it's bad? Or did you just think that was an expiry date and you don't want to admit you were wrong?"
