I agree with the judge that he'd probably lie, so it shouldn't matter, but watching Kaylee's family...they need to know her final moments, words, etc. Kaylee's family knows it won't be pretty, but they want to know b4 the killer tries to make himself more memorable. If the killer, or his family, decides to reveal details to media before telling families...gross.
