getting it. Our realtor and someone else I was speaking with last week have noted that some of these people still think it's 2020-24.

I am seeing houses sit for WEEKS. Even nice houses that are next to the freeway, or on a busy street (Riverside Blvd in my 'hood) are just not moving. There's a decent house literally around the corner from us, fully updated. But it's right on a fairly busy street (Greenhaven). They've already lowered the price by $100,000. Whatever flipper flipped that must be really disappointed in their investment.

I wonder how long that 70s House will last. It's a couple of blocks from I-5, so the noise isn't as predominant, but pretty much anything east of I-5 lacks the amenities that the western and
southern portions of Pocket/Greenhaven have.

Parks, trails and canals. Why would I want to live in just some plain boring suburban part of the neighborhood when we have a park out our back door?

Nope. So, we wait.

We are so spoiled LOL.
