Marian (realtor/dear friend) said that our market is slowing (seeing many homes sitting out for weeks), esp for homes with this level of repairs and a high price. Those are indeed the homes staying on the market for weeks if not months.
However, this home is on the Pocket Canals...so we will see how much demand there is for this.
She does all her research, checked with appraisers, etc., and was told this was absolutely the right offer.
I hope we get it, but if we don't, we keep looking.
