No more policy hearings where I have to schedule out people to cover bills.
Just letters to Appropriations committees and floor alerts. Our virtual advocacy day. Then the Gov. office push because they're being ridiculous on one bill which literally has unanimous bi-partisan support and will NOT cost the state any $ because it all comes from the healthy disability fund.
We had 7 Tier 1 bills. Two were put into the state budget (YAY), 1 was held for the year, and 4 more have moved along quite easily.
Just a couple of more days of circulating in the building on major bills..
We are almost there!
