thought about it, despite how gorgeous LR is, it didn't quite suit us. M and I both need a space for work and for me, for working out as well. The office space at LR was too small and I would have to use the back patio for work/working out.
IW will need upgrades - it's older and HVAC and water heater aren't exactly new. That's why it's $560K.But M is writing an offer that basically gives them the asking price but also asks that they put into escrow some money to repair pretty immediate things.
We have no idea what others are offering, if there are any offers. Just hope they choose us.
