The part that still baffles me is why no one screamed. My friend and I discussed this and he was like--it's super early, they were drunk and asleep. I totally get that, but still. There was the detail of one of the surviving roommates, who reported she heard a man whisper "Don't worry. I'm going to help you." Perhaps shock, fear and the belief if I cooperate--he'll let me live.
I didn't know there was a book. I might have to buy that.
