Parkersburg in 1995 (I think) to the Blennerhasset Island State Park which had connections to Aaron Burr...we went before that infamous Got Milk commercial about Aaron Burr, but at the time, I was the only one on the tour who knew who he was, thanks to my Ohio history course.

We also went to the glass museum in Parkersburg. I think I was bored by it :P But the island was pretty. I don't remember much about Marietta though, but I don't have any desire to go back.

Glad it was a fun trip for the most part!
