evidence that it could impair one's cardiovascular health, so I wanted to go off.

i saw the one study, but I hadn't seen others. I wasn't able to determine the potential hereditary component to that study, but yeahhhh. I think if a person is an active user and NOT looking at that study and watching the peer reviews, it's a huge disservice to yourself.

Sativa and hybrids make me anxious. I've heard that from others. So I tried to avoid.

because of this i've become a bit of a terpine nerd, and its something called pinene. In some folks, what makes you and i anxious is the same thing that makes others "energized." Ever heard of the folks who take a gummy and stay up all night organizing their pantry? Likely a Sativa.

Yeah, I think when Atarax is done (only for short term use), I might ask for Lorazepam.

just know its on RFK Jr's list, and getting it can be challenging because of how addictive it can be. For me, I take about 90 pills a year and have for the last 16 years. most in halves to stave off a panic attack I can feel coming, or to make the one i'm having GO AWAY.

the kicker with lorazepam is that if you haven't addressed the why of the current panic attack, you can have one hell of a rebound one the next day.

I take Wellbutrin, but it's not quite doing the trick.

i've been on that, prozac, lexapro, zoloft and celebrex, which really was a godsend for 3 weeks, but the side effects after that were too much. the hemp/cbda is the only thing that works 'every day' for me. i don't know why and god forbid the company i currently get it from goes out of business....
