It seemed to peter out at the end. Not as thrilling/scary, etc. as his prior works.
Okay the thing that just took me out of the story for a minute was when "Trig" went to a Wawa to get a breakfast burrito. The story takes place in a fictional town in Northern Ohio. There are no Wawas in Ohio......well, actually they either just opened or are about to open one in Cincinnati. Which we all know is extremely SOUTHERN Ohio. I know I noticed that because Wawa is a PA thing. Their headquarters are actually 10 minutes down the road from my house. So as a non-Pennsylvanian, did you notice that or was it just me? It just seems like such a non-Stephen King thing to do, getting the locale stuff wrong. He's usually very good at getting the small details right.
