He's lost a ton of weight and he feels great. He's down 70 lbs. from his high, although he wasn't quite at his highest weight when he started.
The good: he's almost never hungry and has to remind himself to eat. He feels so much better about himself.
The bad: He takes it on Wednesdays and some Thursdays he has a bad reaction to it. Last week no reaction at all, but one time we were on a cruise, and got off the ship. We ended up sitting in the port for 90 minutes because every time he got up to go, he'd get light headed and couldn't leave. Sometimes it's just stomach issues.
If he gets a great meal that he loves and overeats (out of habit), he'll feel like crap afterwards. I have to constantly remind him to separate the portion before he starts, and take the rest home. Don't even get me started about the gas, which is 24/7 and has nothing to do with a bad reaction day.
