The Friends Experience was fun.
I am not much of a Friends fan... the granddaughter is and it was her trip... so I took her.
Therefore... there were a lot of thing I did not understand... If you had been in NYC last week you could have gone with us!
It was very clean.... very organized.... the staff were nice. They have a fully functioning Central Perk and prices were reasonable. They had a gift shop with reasonable prices. They had clean restrooms! Lots of cool photo ops and the staff would take pics with your phones and with their cameras.
It has a museum type aspect as well with lots of costumes etc. used in the show.
I recommend it for Friends fans.
