So NJ/NY crew...I'm rewatching Yellowjackets season 1. Van is telling Tai she's only been to NY 1x and she wants to go w/ her when they get saved.

Seriously, the year is 1996...wasn't Jersey to NYC like a regular train ride for teenagers? I'm in the midwest so public transportation has never been as accessible.

I'm trying to figure out if there's something I'm supposed to know about this character based on this.
