I was able to do a leg workout. Really.

I did the Shawn20 leg day (on Bodi). It is almost all squats and sumos. And I do my squats very shallow, over a high stool, but I was still able to do them and not have my hip and leg hurt, and that was the big deal. I used light weights, no higher than 8s, but I feel good that I was even able to do a leg workout!
