I've only had to scrape my windshield and windows three times (I'm being generous with that number) so far this winter. Usually we have snow on our mountains in November. Nothing. That's our summer water and the recharge for our aquifer. January is our winter rains month...maybe two or three days of light rain. Snow would be good about now...especially if I'm not out in it.
