and throughout the day, we sold exactly...nothing. Not one thing. I wouldn't be surprised if today was similar. What kills me is SM has bragged before about how she's never missed a shift due to the weather, even when she was driving over an hour (in good conditions) to get to a different store. She often talks about not expecting any more out of us than she would expect from herself...but her expectations for herself are pretty unrealistic at times.
And yep, had I been scheduled to work a shift at a hospital or police station or fire station, I would've powered through. But honestly, this is the least important job I've ever done in my entire life and as such, it's not worth my life.
