I did not know that about Sons of Anarchy π and havenβt watched that show yet but it sounds interesting. And to your point, I totally agree β absolutely, the more we read, the more references we understand, the richer the reading experience is of many books. But they can also be enjoyed without as much literary background. We all have to start someplace and nobody can read everything. It is a perk for lifelong readers that, as we age, our reading experience gets richer.
SOA is one of those shows that really upset the fan base with the ending. I loved it. The show is what would happen if the Sopranos were a CA biker gang.
I so agree about reading experience getting richer with age. My sister recently thanked me for informing her reading choices all our lives. She said I made her reading life better. I thought it was one of the nicest compliments I have ever received.
