cheeseburger pizza from a place called Old School Pizza and Wings. It was a drive--almost an hour over to the west side--but I was already planning a trip to nearby Crocker Park (home of the last World Market still in business "near" me) so it wasn't terribly out of the way. My verdict: good, but not great. It's a crust topped with ground beef, bacon, some kind of cheese, onions, pickle slices and 1000 dressing. The dressing was a little overpowering, and the ground beef was barely seasoned...I was happy I got it but yeah, I've had better cheeseburger pizzas. There was also some confusion when I went in to pick the pie up. During Cleveland Pizza Week, some places require you to dine in to get the discount pizza. It's supposed to say on the website; I'd checked, and Old School didn't mention having to dine in, and the person taking my order didn't mention it being a dine-in only special but when I picked it up, the hostess (who'd also taken my order) told me it was supposed to be for dine-in only. But she said since it was her mistake, she'd give me the pizza for the agreed on price of $9, which was nice. I'll definitely be double-checking the next time I order a pizza for Cleveland Pizza Week...which should be Friday <g>.
