and yesterday, we cleaned out the hot tub in anticipation of a new lid/cover coming this week. The old lid has been leaking, and causing the water's PH level to go crazy. It also has made the lid so heavy, it's hard to get it off the hot tub.
The hot tub has been off since spring, mainly because CT DOT has been doing nightwork on the parkway that runs behind out house, and OMG the LIGHTS AT NIGHT make it look like it's daytime. Also? people are out there walking around. creepy!
plus, this summer was FAR TOO HOT to be in a hot tub. but now that the temps are right, we wanted to be ready. and ready we are!!
