I'm going to call you sir. I'm always polite but don't buy into all this gender assignment BS. If you tell me you prefer to be called w.y.z, then fine I'll call you x,y,z but don't call me out if I make a mistake. Oh, and if you tell me you identify as a cat don't expect me to say, here kitty....
