I liked Rome at first (unpopular opinion) I found him a tad entertaining. But the last 3 episodes definitely changed that.
But oh how wonderful for him to go out via a huge blindside. He was floored. I agree he was extremely gracious which was nice to see. Of course he is talking about the edit he received. Which I know there is some truth to that as they are not going to show everything filmed and I would love to know how they decide whom to give a good vs. inspirational vs villainous vs know-it-all edit.
I've seen fans online asking the he never be invited back. Um, I don't see that happening. He was rather polarizing and arguably made for good TV as he played hard, ruffled feathers and caused a reaction from fellow survivors and obviously fans. And it is for the aforementioned that the chances are high that he will be invited back.
