it is two meals for me. The first meal is half of the chicken, some of the pasta and Caesar salad. The second meal is the leftover chicken and pasta that I add spinach to. I don’t want to give up the pasta but I split it into two meals. The portions are big enough to make two hearty meals. I can’t imagine eating the whole thing in one sitting.
