how Rome treated Sol. There was something unnecessarily nasty and mean-spirited about it. And when Sol tried to stand up for himself, it just set Rome off. I don’t find Rome entertaining. I don’t think Rome threw the challenge. I just think he (and his puzzlemate; he wasn’t crappy at puzzles alone; he had a partner) was extremely bad at doing the puzzle. He and his puzzlemate (who was doing the puzzle with him, I forgot?) were just bad at it. I just have this visual of Rome sitting, straddling the puzzle base like a toddler and not being able to match one single piece of it. The only thing that might redeem Rome for me is if his awful puzzle performance humbles him a little.
Kishawn really was blindsided. Kishawn got kiss-of-death cocky just at the same moment that supercocky Rome’s puzzle impotence brought Rome down a notch or two.
Yay. There’s no Yankees game this Wednesday. Yankees playoff games this week are Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and Sat, but not Survivor Wednesday. I’m a diehard Yankees fan but never cocky. I’m too superstitious to be cocky when it comes to baseball.
