The three things I read that were most likely to become in short supply in my area if the strike lasted were bananas, liquor, and car parts.

I don't drink much or often so liquor is not a concern... I have a newer vehicle so I shouldn't need car parts anytime soon... but bananas... I eat a banana every day... so glad to know I will be able to keep up my banana habit an not go into banana withdraw.
