I have no set recipe for chili but I usually add a pinch of cinnamon and/or cocoa, and I also like to throw in a little root beer. I like my chili slightly sweet <g>. Actually, as long as it's not blazing hot (as in spicy, not as in temperature served), I like pretty much ALL types of chili. I *do* have a couple recipes for chili; one is for Cincinnati-style chili and one is a simple 5-ingredient chili (I replace the Mexican beer with root beer and the jalapenos with green peppers but it's still good).
