He gets a mold for an expander on Thursday, the actual expander next week, and then a checkup on the expander in November. Around March or so he'll get braces on his top and bottom teeth, with regular check ups in between.

I remember my co-worker had this issue when she got Invisalign, and the orthodontist just had to resubmit the paperwork stating it was ongoing and the payments went through.
