It was dark green and tasted strongly of lime and some kind of alcohol, according to those at the table who tried it), and it momentarily threw me because HN is still maybe 8 years old in my mind <g>. It shouldn't have thrown me because she got a margarita with dinner...Afterwards, we went back to bff's sister's house to celebrate further with cake and ice cream. It was a sweet end to a rather frustrating day (and I didn't even work today!).
