Ed was quirky--male Ally McBeal relocates to Stars Hallow type town (Gilmore Girls). I, of course, didn't like him and Carol as a couple, but I enjoyed the rest of the show, especially Rena Sofer and Sabrina Lloyd's guest arcs. Molly was probably my fave character, since the actress had a small part on Desperate Housewives as Carlos' co-worker for some Lynette and Carlos working together plot I've already forgotten from my rewatch, lol. Very different characters though but like the actress.
El Chico and I enjoyed S3 and 4 of The Americans much more than the first two seasons. It was a very slow burn, but it's finally paying off.
