of the water racing down the steps toward the parkway!! water is such a scary thing, the damage it can cause.

we will likely need to rebuild the chimney, but not because of this storm. This just made us aware of the issue.

hubby will get up there this weekend with some tar and caulk to buy us time till spring, so we can save up and get quotes.
