8:30 AM, 12:45 PM, and then at 1:25 PM--Matthew asked for another shot and said "give me a big one." It was administered and the PA left to run the errands.
I don't know anything about Ketamine. I hadn't even heard of it until MP's death. The PA should be charged and hopefully convicted for his role in this.
Ketamine is a medication that doctors use as an anesthetic to induce loss of consciousness. Under the Controlled Substances Act, health experts consider ketamine a schedule III non-narcotic substance.
