I’m looking for another drama to start. But I’m also watching some Yankees games and some movies (although I’ve been to a movie theater 5x this month and have been watching fewer movies at home). Summer is the time of the year that I traditionally have the least time for TV so I can’t have too many TV shows on my summer roster.
What’s on your TV roster right now?
I'm in a lull right now before the fall season starts. I like to watch shows like My Life Is Murder (on Acorn starring Lucy Lawless), The Mallorca Files (Prime, solving crime in Mallorca), Candice Renoir (Acorn, solving crime in France).
There are also two international Love Is Blind series happening from Mexico and the UK. I don't know why but I kind of love this show even though the behind the scenes stuff is a bit of a mess.
I will eventually binge Babylon Berlin (German series about cops in late 1930s Berlin but the Nazi rise is triggering.)
For fall, I'm looking forward to the return or debut of 9-1-1, Ghosts, High Potential (based on a French series HPI which is streaming on Hulu--although I don't love it as much as I normally love these series), Matlock, Law & Order and Night Court. I'm sure there are more but I am blanking. Elsbeth, of course, as I've mentioned below. will Trent is coming back midseason which is a show I really like.
Homicide Life On The Street is coming to Peacock on Aug. 19th and I'm looking forward to rewatching that. I've seen some episodes but not every episode.
