hours during a blizzard...in KY, we lost it for about a week during an ice storm in 2003 (we didn't lose it that summer at all, even during the east coast outage). That's been the longest. But most of the time it was at most an hour or so during a thunderstorm or high winds. Hope they can get to you soon as no electricity is horrible.
