...but part of me thinks he should have known better :/ Then again, he wasn't really the one who built subs. I think Ballard and Cameron knew a lot more about how submersibles worked than he did. But I feel like he must have known the design was...off. I knew it was off. I watched the CBS segment on it months before it imploded and I knew the shape of the pressure vessel wasn't right. And that's just from watching documentaries.

Still, OceanGate undoubtedly deserves to get sued.
