This "manager" has created a hostile workplace.

He at least has enabled it.

Have you thought about speaking with an employment lawyer? You need to protect yourself. This is so infuriating.

I have not. I wouldn't have a clue on how to do so. PA is a Right to Work state so not sure how/if that would play into things.
