where they celebrated the opening with a bacchanalia. In this case, it was an inclusive bacchanalia with everybody having a seat at the table. I don’t get why some people jumped to the Last Supper conclusion either. If they watched Game of Thrones or The Tudors, would they think every feast scene at a long table was a mockery of the Last Supper too?
I only managed to see brief clips online of the drag queen segment. I watched the “whole” opening ceremony on NBC On Demand via Spectrum cable and, apparently, NBC edited out the controversial segment.
You know what I find offensive? Censorship! Censorship is what I find offensive.
