one was in my grade, but rarely in my class, and spelled her name "Vicki". The other went by Tori, years before the world had heard of Tori Spelling. I like Tori as a nickname for Victoria but I'm not as fond of "Torreya", which is what a childhood friend calls her daughter Victoria.
