We had severe storms last night and 5 confirmed tornadoes. Thankfully, no damage to my neighborhood, but sadly, no power since 9:30 pm. They are saying power should be restored by Wednesday 3pm at the earliest and Friday at the latest. This really sucks because I just did grocery shopping Sunday. The only good thing is I grocery shop once a week. So I don't have too many perishables but will have to throw out my eggs and possibly some fruit.
One person was killed in Indiana due to a tree falling on her home so I won't complain too much. It could have been a lot worse.
