And she was very candid about it. She was also someone who obviously wanted to live, and was still actively looking at treatments, and it's so hard to see someone like that not able to overcome this terrible disease.

And, of course, while I'm not saying I think she was always easy to work with, Shannen got a lot of **** for essentially being more honest than some of the other nasty girls around her.
