...Rooks Rest, what was going to happen (no book spoilers beyond this episode). It didn't make it easier to watch :( RIP to a real one, Rhaenys. She died a badass. And it was heartbreaking that Meleys turned around to look at Rhaenys as she died.
Daemon's dreams are interesting, but at the same time it's kind of funny that everyone else is fighting a war and he's wandering around Harrenhal delusional and banging into walls and forgetting meetings that HE called.
I tend to think that when Aemond started, he didn't really INTEND to hit Aegon with the first blast, he just decided to do nothing to stop it because Aegon was essentially in the way. But when Aegon was on the ground and Aemond had his sword out? Yeah, he was going to, erm, mercy-kill him.
I love the absolute lack of sense in Westerosi travel at this point. It's just a comedy. Sure, it took Rhaenyra all of two seconds to get to Kings Landing and like 80 years to get back. That makes complete sense. No follow-up questions.
Since we've gotten Milly for Young Rhaenyra and Laena, kind of hoping we get a Paddy cameo next for Daemon's delusions.
Every time Cole disgraces my scene, I hope it's to die.
