over an hour to get all the pork shredded but it did indeed literally fall off the bone and is melt-in-your-mouth tender. I put a considerably large amount in the freezer for later and put a HUGE bowl of pulled pork in the fridge. About an hour later, I noticed Dad has prepared his evening snack; usually he grabs some crackers and grape jam, or he'll have a scoop of ice cream. Nah...tonight he had a heaping helping of pulled pork. I asked him how it was and he gave me a thumbs up and said "I'm a fan!" with a smile. HUGE praise coming from him.
Good thing he's a fan...there was less bone than I thought in the pork butt. As I said, I froze a considerable amount but I'm still thinking of offering some to several other people such as bff, my aunt, maybe my brother.
