The minute they send a bill, it gets more expensive. Based on the last time I passed through, it wasn't that bad. It was actually worth the convenience if you avoid rush hour.

Although, if I'm going to Chicago itself, I'll leave my car at a Metra station at the Wisconsin border and take the Metra in. I didn't even get charged for the train the last time I did that because I couldn't get the app working and the conductor just sort of waived me on.

But it's nowhere near what PA seems to be.
