a woman asked an employee something about jicama and it turned into a conversation that was part recommendations on the employee's part for low or no sugar products and part the employee cheering on the customer for trying to reduce her sugar intake. it was really sweet.
This particular TJ's was built in a town two towns over from me. It's the third in my general area but the one most convenient for me to go to. In addition to having awesome, awesome employees (as most TJ's do), it is the perfect amount of "busy". By that I mean there's always enough customers inside that I don't worry about the store closing anytime soon due to underperforming but there's never so many that it feels crowded or I have to wait in a long line. Usually I can step right up to the checkout line, no wait.
