I was going to make the tahini from scratch too, but with sunflower seeds instead of sesame (I didn't have any sesame). LOL

But the can of chipotle peppers in adobo I had was so old it was leaking, so I ended up not doing it. Knowing myself and how I can't let go of the ideas I get in my head, I know I'll do it at some point. ;-)
