Thank you to ladyday for posting for me the other day! I can give more details now :)
Two friends and I are going to NYC the last week of June. So far we have tickets to see Suffs and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Saturday, and we're going to play it by ear for the other days we're there. (cross fingers I get the Hamilton lottery tickets, lol). We're also going to do the 9/11 museum and hopefully the High Line one of the days.
I'm looking for dim sum recs if anyone has any - we want to go to Chinatown, to a place that has the carts, and a must is that they have to also have soup dumplings/xiao long bao (I'd also like to be able to get rice cakes - no not the dry flat ones, lol - but that's not as big a deal).
Any recs for Ukrainian/Polish or Uzbek/Georgian etc food would be great too. I really want to try and eat foods that I can't get easily where I am.
Other than that, any recommendations would be awesome. I'm pretty lenient, I could just sit in a cafe and people watch or wander all day and be happy.
:)
