On an average summer day, when it's high 70s/low 80s during the day and in the mid 60s at night, he will have the fan on till late at night and windows open throughout the house. Then the next morning, when the temperatures start to rise, he closes up the house. The house holds in the cool air until probably around 4:00 or 5:00, then it's often only a bit uncomfortably warm for a few hours when we start all over again.
