Part of me says shoot her a text to let her know what you're thinking just so ahe won't have another reason to be angry. Would she be upset if you cancelled without letting her know, and she found out later? I'm only thinking this because she's already in a fraught state. The other part of me says let her come to you.

This is a tough one and I'm sorry you're dealing with it. I do hope things improve sooner than you think they will. ((HUGS))
