In our department, we have someone who is legally blind. We have someone with a severe stutter. We have someone with Downs. All of those employees were given a chance and we strive to make sure they feel comfortable, heard, and valued--as is the mission for all employees.
Of course you can't grasp this. Show us you're a bigot w/o telling us you're a bigot. At least you are consistent. 🤣
