occasionally more depending on circumstances.

Hubby doesn't think his employer monitors keystrokes etc. They do backend software for banks. Even when he WFH, he's on chats a lot with other co-workers trying to solve issues and do fixes/updates.

Although updates are usually done first thing in the morning, after banking hours or on a weekend.
