The days should be set firmly, not sliding around the week
and they should be consecutive.
I think there needs to be a reconsideration of benefits of in-person work. I'm not a fan of "piecemeal" work, and it could lead to unrealistic work expectations; however, I think that same face-to-face interface could be done without holding fixed office space. With networking (and good security), it's possible to meet at a different location, not necessarily one with the name of the business on the building, and rotate through office gatherings. The office buildings themselves could be transitioned into childcare facilities or repurposed for other uses. It would save some money and a lot of time without cutting into productivity.
